It applies to the cloutline website and programs, not to TikTok or any other third party. cloutline is a brand operated by Brand Consulting Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is responsible for your information under this policy.

• your TikTok handle and information about your account, such as follower and engagement numbers you choose to share;

Information from TikTok

If you share your TikTok handle, we may view the public information on your TikTok profile to understand your account. We only access what is publicly available or what you choose to share with us.

cloutline is based in the United States and serves United States creators. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
